Primalbase workouts focus on fundamental movements, making them accessible to individuals of all fitness levels, regardless of their current level of fitness. Our classes include beginner-friendly workouts to accommodate participants at any stage of their fitness journey.
Any plan you choose includes all six classes from Monday to Saturday. For added flexibility, you can select two preferred time slots, ensuring you can accommodate your schedule and never miss a workout.
The weekly workout sessions are programmed to focus on strength and endurance. The format is centered around habit-building, aiming to support the achievement of sustainable goals, such as weight loss.
You can choose two preferred time slots that best suit your schedule. One slot can be dedicated to building a routine; we understand that personal commitments may occasionally intervene. For those days, you have the option to select the second time slot.
We train barefoot, so there’s no need for footwear. All you require to get started is comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, workout towel, and a smile.
During your trial class, our coach would like to understand if you have any health issues or injuries. The workout intensity will be adjusted to a lower level, allowing the coach to assess your balance, coordination, and strength. This process is not aimed at highlighting your current fitness level; rather, it’s about understanding how we can assist you.

The coach will also guide you in getting familiar with our workout format. After the trial class, the coach will explain the structure of future sessions
We often approach fitness as a task, with a defined start and end date. However, a healthier perspective is to see fitness as a sustainable habit to include in your routine consistently for overall well-being. The best time to adopt a new healthy habit is now, especially for busy individuals juggling family, work, and fun. Look for something convenient that fits into your schedule and lifestyle

I came through the concept of Primal Base, which I felt is the most organised form of workout, very divergent concept than that of today’s gyms. Observed the 40 minute screen assisted session with the well-knowledged coaches. Really good aesthetics and traditional touch in the studio.Ample parking space and easy to understand location, was my mood booster for a daily drive!
